أطلق كوكبة من عاشقي الفن من أكثر من 25 دولة، فرقتهم المسافات و لكن جمعهم حب الفن و أيمانهم بدوره في حماية البشرية جمعاء و رفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي، المهرجان الدولي الاول (فيلم اونلاين)، أبداع من نوع آخر، فيلم اون لاين؛ عمل فني سينمائي متكامل بكل زواياه و بمهنية منقطعة النظير، يقوم عليها فريق يجمعه الابداع و المهنية و الشعور بالمسؤولية تحت مظلة المبدع د قاسم القضاة و الهيئة الادارية العليا للمهرجان
“With the art we can defeat Coronavirus”, this is the Slogan that was adopted by the international movie director Dr. Qasim Al Qudah. From a world of darkness, a light shines to defeat and erase a harsh memory that affected the entire globe during the pandemic from global restrictions to precautionary measures to confront the Coronavirus.
Regardless of the distance, the love of the art has united group of artists from more than 25 countries. They have faith that the art can protect the humanity and raise their level of awareness. The first international festival Online Film is another form of creativity that demonstrates a very professional cinematic art from different angles managed by an experienced team under the leadership of Dr, Qasim Al Qudah and the highest Authority Administrative of the Festival.
