هذا المساء وبدعوة من جامعة ريجنت اتشرف بالتواجد في ندوة عن دور المرأة في المجتمع العربي ، يقدم الندوة كل من الشيخة انتصار ال صباح والسيدة بارعة علم الدين والدة آمال كلوني والسيد هالة كاظم. تناقش الندوة دور المراءة والصعوبات التي تواجهها في إثبات هويتها وقدراتها على المساهمة في إنشاء وبناء المجتمع. في الإمارات تشغل النساء تسع مناصب وزارية بينما في دول أخرى لا يوجد اي تواجد للكادر النسوي.
Regent’s University is running an event on the 7th of Dec 2018 about the role of Women in Arab Society.

Regent’s University London and London Arabia are pleased to invite you to the International Open Seminars Series 2018/19: The role of Women in Arab Society.
The event will bring renowned speakers from the Middle East to discuss the role of women in Arab society, how this role is changing and the various initiatives that have been taking place. It will also aim to convey a positive image of Arab woman to the Western audience and represent successful models of Arab women in all fields.
Speakers include:
Sheikha Intisar Salem Al Ali Al Sabah, Kuwait
The founder and editorial director of Lulua Publishing and the Founder of Alnowair, a positivity initiative. Sheikha Intisar is also a member of the consultative board of the United Nations Development Programme bureau in Kuwait and a columnist in the Al Qabas Newspaper.
Hala Kazim, United Arab Emirates
Hala is an author, social influencer, entrepreneur and founder of positive transformation programme Journey through Change. As a certified counsellor and coach, Hala has also won several awards including Arab Woman of the Year Awards in 2017 for her work in motivation and well-being.
Baria Alamuddin- Britain/ Lebanon
The editor of the news organisation Media Services Syndicate. She is an award-winning journalist who works in the UK & the M.E. Baria is the mother of Amal Clooney.
Khalida Azbane – Morocco.
Khalida is an entrepreneur and is the General Manager of Azbane Group in Morocco
